Datuwrks specializes in custom-made grillz based on each customer’s dental impression or provided mold. As all products are custom-made, designs, measurements, fit, and appearance may vary slightly, and final products may differ from digital previews or references.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change without notice. Full payment is required before production begins unless stated otherwise. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Datuwrks is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

For customers who do not visit our studio, Datuwrks provides Mold Kits for at-home dental impressions. Customers are responsible for following the provided instructions correctly. Incorrect impressions may result in poor fit. Datuwrks is not responsible for errors caused by improperly taken impressions.

As our grillz are crafted as solid jewelry pieces, only minor adjustments can be made. Our team is available to offer guidance to help ensure an optimal fit.

• Natural tooth movement, dental changes, or gum shape may affect the fit over time
• Significant refitting or redesign may incur additional charges

If you experience any fit issues upon receiving your grillz, please contact our team for adjustment guidance.

Grillz are jewelry, not dental devices. Do not wear while eating hard foods or sleeping. Improper use may cause discomfort or damage. Datuwrks is not responsible for dental issues, injuries, or discomfort resulting from misuse. Consult a dentist before wearing grillz if you have existing dental conditions.

Estimated production time is 1–4 weeks, depending on design complexity, material availability, and customer response time. Delays caused by late responses, incorrect molds, or shipping issues are not the responsibility of Datuwrks.
